Cancellation Policy:
All bookings require a deposit of 20% of your reservations total cost. Guests that want to cancel and be refunded the deposit must cancel outside of 7 days from the reservations check in date. Guests that cancel within 7 days of the reservation check in date will forfeit the 20% deposit or they can reschedule their reservation. If the guest decides to cancel after the reservation check-in date, 50% of the accommodation fees for any unspent nights are refundable. However, any nights spent will not be refunded.
